Change Toolkit Organisation Workstream Overview
Purpose
The demand of change can impact the Organisation at two levels:
- Changes to the Organisation structure
- Changes to jobs within the Organisation structure.

Change Management
Change Management will set change targets. These targets may require the Organisation Design team to review policies such as:
- Training and skilling
- Recruitment
- Various types of leave
- External learning, etc.
Organisation Design need to work with Change Management to ensure the policies of the organisation promote the change behaviours.
