Miragroup are developing a wide range of workshops currently used in Government and Commercial. Our workshops are also part of the Cranfield University MSc.

The purpose of our workshops are to improve organisational capability in:

  • Programme & Project Design & Management
  • Problem Solving & Business Analysis
  • People, Organisation & Change Management

These workshops are delivered by experienced Programme Facilitators and focus on helping people understand how to deliver change successfully based on real world situations and problems.

Miragroup are continuing to develop and add to our range of practical workshops and they are available through us or Cranfield University. We also develop customised workshops based on our wide range of materials to suit our clients specific needs.

The workshops are highly interactive and our Programme Facilitators are also working on current Programmes and Projects so they can provide real time advice and guidance to the Delegates. Delegates will also be provided with the detailed workshop slide packs, handouts and a detailed case study.

We can deliver these workshops as 2 hour or full day sessions to up to 10 people on your premises. Unlike a training company we do not charge for each delegate but develop a fixed cost to customise the materials and provide a Programme Facilitator for the session.
